Forgeworld have put up a selection of the old power armor variants. Have to say a pre heresy colour scheme World Eaters army is looking mighty tempting. That clean white and blue look is funky.
All the chaos legions have a seriously cool factor about them in their pre heresy roles. Thousand sons would be my first choice though, but they would require far too much conversion for my sanity. Assault marines resplendent in white armour, but cacked in blood as they shift towards full berzerkers, fantastic!
I'd love to play against that. I have a soft spot for pre heresy armies

ReplyDeleteI considered doing pre-heresy Thousand Sons earlier this year, but i feel it's really not worth doing without Magnus the Red, so it got dropped.
